Do I have to get three estimates?
There is no law in the state of Montana requiring you to get three estimates.
Is your work guaranteed?
YES. We have a written guarantee that protects the work that we did as long as you own the vehicle.
This is my only vehicle. Do you guys provide a rental car?
We cannot provide you with a rental while your vehicle is being worked on. If you have rental coverage on your auto insurance policy you should arrange the rental ahead of your drop off.
How long will you have my vehicle?
It will vary by the vehicle damage. On average repairs take about 4 to 5 days once your parts have been received. It’s our goal to get you back to your life as quickly as possible.
My insurance company said I needed to go to a “preferred” shop. What do I do?
You ultimately decide what shop you would like to take your vehicle to. It is your vehicle, choose a shop that you are comfortable with and trust. Let them know you are taking your vehicle to Town and Country.
Do I need to pay you now?
We will collect partial payment when your parts are ordered and the rest when your vehicle is done.
You could take your car somewhere else, but you've already had one accident
